As we strive to live our Telecare values and create a safe, supportive, welcoming, and belonging workplace, Juneteenth is a time to recognize, celebrate, commemorate, remember, learn, and share stories of lived experience more fully. It is a chance for us to work not only on our own understanding – breaking down our own biases and continuing our own journeys of self-awareness and understanding — but it is also an opportunity for us to connect more authentically to each other, learning about each other and creating stronger foundations for authentic human to human relationships.
