Welcome, San Joaquin Connect II!

We are pleased to announce that the San Joaquin Connect II program opened on September 22, 2019!

This program was opened in partnership with the San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services.

The San Joaquin Connect II program serves adults who have a history of repeat contact with law enforcement with multiple involuntary holds. Members may have more serious offense histories, including violent crimes. Includes AB109 and mental health court participants. The goal of the program is to help members manage their conditions, monitor progress towards their goals, adjust services to fit their changing needs, and partner with community services to ensure continuity of care.

Who is Served:

Adult residents of San Joaquin County who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, have a history of reluctance to engage in traditional mental health treatment services, and have a history of repeated contact with law enforcement with multiple involuntary holds.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
