Everyone needs physical activity to stay healthy. But it can be hard to find the time to devote to physical activity while adjusting to this new normal.
The United States Department of Health and Human Services has created the Move Your Way campaign to promote recommendations from the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans. The campaign offers tools, videos, and fact sheets that make it easier to get a little more active.
