Promotion Story: Lindsay Harte

My name is Lindsay Harte (she/her).
I was promoted to Communications Specialist on the communications team at the Telecare corporate office. I’ve been at Telecare for eight years.
I'm excited about this new role and opportunity because I really get to work with staff to tell their stories and help shape our content!
On my career journey, I started off as a journalist. On my journey, I’ve also been a nanny, retail associate, cafe and wedding server, sandwich maker, smoothie maker, multimedia reporter, intern, and marketing associate.
I’m still learning and growing — and what I’m most passionate about right now is helping people feel connected to each other and the work they do!
In this role, I want the people around me to feel informed and engaged.
My best advice for growing in YOUR career at Telecare is: find someone who can help you learn and grow — find those classes, learn that skill, and if you need any help or support I am here!
I came to Telecare because I need a job that paid more than a start-up company. I stay at Telecare because I love learning about serious mental illness and the work being done at Telecare!
