/My name is Sanie Andres (He/Him/His).
I am the Floating Administrator of Gateway to Recovery and Pathways to Recovery, and I have been with Telecare since 2021.
In my view, the best part of my job is building a dynamic team culture—creating a safe and inspiring environment for each other and our members.
What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is collaborating—inviting and welcoming ideas and solutions to strengthen our program and support our members' recovery.
When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is the knowledge that tomorrow we can try again tomorrow.
