Meet and Greet: Jamie Pitre

My name is Jamie Pitre (she/her).
I am a Communications Editor on the communications team at the Telecare corporate office. I’ve been at Telecare for 6 months.
In my role, I do a mix of things, including posting T-Net announcements, maintaining the customer care reports, and assisting with the Monthly Huddle meeting.
In my view, the best part of my job is finding new and innovative ways for staff to connect with each other!
What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is when I see the positivity our work brings to other staff members and clients.
When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is knowing that our work has the potential to brighten up someone's day.

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be fun, engaging, and challenging (in a positive way).
