Meet and Greet: Feroozan "Farrah" Gailani

My name is Feroozan “Farrah” Gailani (she/her).
I am a Program Administrator at Telecare Agewise Institutional Case Management (ICM) & Strengths-Based Case Management (SBCM) in San Diego. I’ve been at Telecare for 4 years.
In my role, I do a mix of things, including taking the time to get to know my team's passion driver, supporting my team by going out into the community and providing services alongside them so I can better understand the challenges they face, and knowing that we all come to work with our sleeves rolled up and are ready to roll them up higher if needed.
In my view, the best part of my job is being able to highlight the team's great work in their service delivery. We all do amazing work daily which impacts our community, and it adds a little pep in our step when it's noticed and encouraged.
What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is our attention to keeping our passion as the main driver for the services we provide.
When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is going home knowing I helped my community as part of my professional life.

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be supportive, connected, and progressive.
