King County PACT's Remarkable Journey of Growth

Telecare's King County PACT program in Washington has been making great strides under the leadership of Charlotte Jones. As the program's administrator, she expressed her pride in the team's progress, which has been remarkable in the last three months. 

Since taking on the role in September, Charlotte has overseen the expansion of the program's staff from just three members to a fully functional Program for Assertive Community Treatment  (PACT) team of 14, with plans to add three more team members soon. This growth is a testament to the team's dedication and hard work, which have positively impacted the community. 

The team has achieved this growth through hiring and training, which has enabled them to become a full-fledged PACT team. This means that they can provide comprehensive, community-based services to people with severe mental illnesses who have difficulty engaging in traditional mental health services. 

Charlotte is thrilled with the progress made in the last three months and commends the team for their efforts. She believes their hard work and dedication have been instrumental in the program's success. The team is excited about its growth and progress and is committed to providing high-quality services to the community. Telecare is proud of the team's outstanding progress.
