Telecare is Pleased to Introduce Jennifer (Jena) Russell!

Welcome Jena Russell, Regional Director of Operations (RDO) - Washington, to the Telecare team! As one of two RDOs in Washington, Jena will oversee our programs in the northern half of the state. Those programs include Pierce County E&T, King County E&T, North Sound E&T & North Sound Next Steps. As well as the community-based programs in King County; PACT, FHARPS, FPATH, and Pierce T-CAT.

Jena’s first day was February 27, 2023.

Jena comes to us with 23 years of experience in healthcare management. In her most recent pre-Telecare role, she oversaw the rehab operations of 28 skilled nursing programs across four states for a large national healthcare organization. Jena’s experience with multi-disciplinary team management, compliance, quality, and collaboration will further strengthen our operations in Washington.

Jena has a Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from Washington State University.
