My name is Shane Francis (He/Him).

I am the Administrator (BSN; RN-BC) at Riverside County Telecare MHRC. I’ve been at Telecare for four years.

In my view, the best part of my job is serving community members that are often forgotten.

What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is that we have built a program that serves people with the most complex mental health needs in our community — and is able to improve their lives.

When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is spending time with my family and getting into a good book.
