Please join us in welcoming Lorraina Clayton, Telecare’s new Corporate Compliance Officer!

As our organization continues to grow, we recognize the increased importance of having strong compliance processes and practices that enable us to reduce risk, measure areas for improvement, and implement key actions that are critical for our future success.

As the Corporate Compliance Officer, Lorraina will be accountable for the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide compliance program, helping Telecare harness the full potential of our human capital and financial investments. In this capacity, Lorraina will be accountable to Anne Bakar, the executive team, and the Telecare Board of Directors. Lorraina will be instrumental in ensuring we have cross-functional alignment and executive engagement in creating a compliance mindset throughout the organization. Her deep background and expertise in healthcare, auditing, business management, and Lean Six Sigma will enable her to robustly support the current and future compliance needs of the organization.

Background & Experience

Lorraina comes to us with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and behavioral health settings. Her background includes working in both public and private healthcare environments. Lorraina has a Master of Business Administration (Healthcare) from Western Governor's University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.
