My name is Kezzia Bullen (She/Her/Hers).

I am the Administrator at Telecare SOAR. I’ve been at Telecare since 2010.

In my view, the best part of my job is changing systems that positively impact members and staff alike!

What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is seeing our members achieve the goals they have set for themselves. I love to see the team celebrate small and large successes with the same enthusiasm.

When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is knowing that we are the best at what we do and that we are making a difference in many people’s lives, even when we don't know it.

My favorite quote or personal motto is, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has” — Margaret Mead.

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be caring, responsive, and fun.
