A Heartfelt Thank You to Sierra Vista ACT

In Cochise County, Arizona, a small and mighty team of mental health professionals make up Telecare’s Sierra Vista ACT program. Located in the largest city in this rural county, the team has worked tremendously hard to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services throughout their community where resources and providers can be miles away.
Recently, the staff received some encouraging feedback from a family member of someone they serve. We are so proud of how the team has impacted not only the people they serve, but the support systems that help recovery thrive. Below, we share the message from the family member, with identifiable member information removed.
“I just want to say what a great team my family member has received at Sierra Vista ACT. The team has helped them and our entire family accomplish big things. Finding help for them can be tricky because there really aren’t places nearby that can provide the help they need.
Nicky, Rolando, and Julie are the most awesome people I have ever met. Nicky is a great case manager. She’s firm, honest, and works hard to make things happen. Rolando is awesome and has so much compassion. Julie is spectacular, smart, and very talented in communication.
Trust their process is all I can say. This team is awesome. They’ve helped my processes as well.
I just want to say thank you to all of them and let them know I appreciate everything they have done for us. I look forward to continuing working with them in the future. I also want to let Telecare know what assets these people are to the company. They are changing lives.
