Mental Health Month 2021: Resources and Information
/Even though mental illness can be isolating, it is important to know that you are not alone. 1 in 5 adults in the US experiences a mental illness at any given time in a year. And what’s more important is that there are resources and support groups that are here to help.
Every May, we come together to provide support and educate the public on mental health issues for Mental Health Month. Below we have gathered some resources you can use for whatever obstacle might be in the way of you or a loved one getting help or answers.
Let’s work together to #breakthestigma.
