Honoring Fellow Employees at Mark Reed E&T

One of the nicest feelings at work is being acknowledged for a job well-done.

At the Mark Reed Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) program in McCleary, WA, coworkers are encouraged to publicly call each other out for doing great work at the program!

The Mark Reed Rock Stars bulletin board is a new initiative to help boost morale. The bulletin board is located in the break room. Employees can write the names of their coworkers doing amazing work and even give a little description of what makes these individual shine. Leadership at the program then reviews the bulletin board and names the “rock stars” during the monthly all-staff meetings!
