Our continued partnership expectation is that this information will not be used for marketing at specific programs or any other use.

For questions regarding first-day information, scheduling, and performance, contact the facility administrator. (Column H in Program Contact List.)
For questions regarding invoicing, billing, and time-keeping, contact the facility's Business Office Manager. (Column J in Program Contact List.)

Contractor Credentialing
All contractors must be credentialled by the staffing agency and provide acceptable results to the program.
The contractor credentialing process is included below (downloadable PDF here). Unless otherwise discussed and approved, all of the following required elements must be compiled and on-site at the program, PRIOR to the contractor’s first day of work.
