About the Program: Riverside Telecare Restorative Transformation Center MHRC is a 30-bed voluntary program with a multidisciplinary team of staff. We serve adult residents of Riverside County (ages 18 and older), who have been found to be incompetent to stand trial (IST), are eligible for Laura’s Law/AOT, or who have a severe and persistent mental illness. We also serve individuals who may be on an LPS conservatorship, are in a locked treatment setting, or those who are attempting to avoid placement in a locked setting.

We believe recovery starts from within and that our job is to do whatever it takes to provide the support needed on your recovery journey in a comfortable, structured setting. Our 30-bed residential facility includes a full team of nurses, a psychiatrist, clinicians, peer specialists, and recovery specialists, providing support 24 hours a day. Our services are designed using Telecare’s Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS). This system incorporates evidence-based practices and innovative design components. RCCS focuses on choice-making skills and harm-reduction techniques and strives to awaken the hopes and dreams of the individual. Staff work with individuals within their cultural dynamic to build independence and self-responsibility to foster their recovery and successfully transition them home or to less restrictive community settings.
