About Kern FSP
Kern Full Service Partnership (FSP) is opening in partnership with Kern County Behavioral Health to provide wraparound services to Kern County residents.
Our program is based on the FSP/ACT model which offers a range of services that is comprehensive, culturally competent, and flexible. Our wraparound approach includes formal therapeutic interventions and informal supports like family involvement and advocacy, and linkages to community-based organizations and resources to give you a complete and comprehensive recovery..
Essentials At A Glance
Program Type: Community-based
Who We Serve: Residents of Kern County ages 18 and older, who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and who may be:
Homeless or at-risk of homelessness
At risk for hospitalization or institutionalization
Involved in the criminal justice system
Transitioning from institutional care
Not successful with traditional mental health care
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
