Prior to joining Telecare's board, Marshall was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Telecare. In this role, Marshall had primary responsibility for all financial matters at Telecare, including business planning, budgeting, financing, accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, and information systems.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining Telecare in 1988, he was vice president and corporate controller for a Texas-based health care provider. Marshall's prior experience includes significant healthcare industry work for KPMG, a public accounting firm.

Marshall is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Institue of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International, BayCFO, and formerly served on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the East Bay.
